For those who are deaf, there is an app in the app market that transcribes words spoken by a friend into text that the disabled person can read and then respond accordingly. If you are using a smartphone that runs on Android OS, there are some apps especially designed to help people with physical challenges to make full use of their Android gadgets. Thos with difficulties with finger movement can now switch off their device by a single tap rather than having to press the required button for a few seconds. Then there is this app that allows disabled to control their phone through voice commands rather than having to manually use their fingers.
