Nokia has launched N8 – their latest Smartphone in N-Series. The phone has been officially launched on 27th April and will be available in market by Q3 2010. Nokia has not launched anything new in the recent days and N8 is their most advanced mobile phone and packed with lot of Smartphone features.
Nokia Symbian operating system has been outdated by iPhone OS and Android and N8 is powered by brand new Symbian^3 platform. The new features introduces in Symbian^3 are multi-touch, gestures support such as pinch-to-zoom. The graphics quality has been improves for faster and more responsive UI, better memory management and includes a task manager also. There are three customizable homescreens that is not a new thing and we have already seen this in Samsung Corby Pro.
The best feature of Nokia N8 is it’s 12-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optical lens and Xenon flash. This is the best camera in any Nokia phone and you can easily capture high quality images and HD videos. The large sensors gives it an edge over many point and shoot dedicated cameras.
