Today we take a dive into the world of Windows Mobile Phones. The Windows Mobile Phones have been introduced for a very long time. Now the OS has moved on to Windows 7 and on the verge of updating itself to Windows 7.5. A strange fact is that most Windows Mobile Phones are made by HTC. Anyways we shall swim across the ocean of Windows Mobile Phones ( also windows 7)
1.HTC HD 2
The HTC HD 2 is a very big screened mobile running on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional edition. The phone is 4.3″ touchscreen with a 5MP camera.The HTC HD 2 is powered by a 1 GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon chipset.
2.HTC HD Mini
The HTC HD mini is almost similar to that of HTC HD 2 except for the reduced size in terms of screen display. The camera and the OS remains the same- Windows Mobile 6.5 . Apart from that there is a downgrade in the processor. The HTC HD mini is powered by a 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset.
3.HTC Titan
Hosting a humungous 4.7″ S-LCD capacitive touch screen this is one of the higher end Windows Mobile Phones. Powered by a 1.5 GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 GPU, Qualcomm MSM8255 chipset, this [hone is equipped with a solid 8 MP camera.This phone has been released with the latest Windows Mobile 7.5 Mango

4.HTC 7 Surround
The HTC 7 Surround is a music centered Windows Mobile phone. This Windows Mobile has a Dolby Mobile and SRS sound enhancement to boost its sound qualitiy and audio fidelity to new levels. The separate slide for the speakers show that HTC has started taken music as a serious factor. Apart from the amazing music, one can capture beautiful photos with the 5 megapixel camera with the Windows Mobile 7 OS ( soon to be upgraded to Mango). It has a wide estate of 3.8″ capacitive touchscreen to add to the ease of the users.
5.Samsung Omina Pro 4
This windows mobile phone is equipped with a QWERTY which allows easy texting for the users. It runs on Windows 6.5. This phone is also euipped witha 3.2 megapixel camera.
6.Samsung Omnia Pro 5
Though it has the next number of the previous mobile, it is actually a downgraded version of it. It is equipped with only a 2 megapixel camera. Also the phone looks less professional with a tad of colors midst the black keypad.This again is a QWERTY enabled Windows Mobile Phone.
7.Samsung Omnia 7
This is indeed an update for the Omnia Series. It holds within in a 5 MP camera and is a touch screen phone.It runs on windows 7 OS but has many limitations like absence of handwriting support. Most of these issues are corrected with the upcoming Mango update. Powered by a 1 GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon chipset, this touch screen phone is amazing option for lovers of the Windows Mobile Phones.Though there are no stereo speakers the sound is pretty decent.
8.Sony Ericson Aspen
The Aspen a green Windows Mobile Phone. Sony Ericson has taken the pain and effort to make sure that this phone is eco friendly and comes under Sony Ericson’s Green Heart series.The Aspen is a touch cum QWERTY type phone. It also has a 3.2 MP camera.The OS is the Windows 6.5.3 Professional edition. This Green Heart is driven by a 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset.This QWERTY phone paired with a 2.4″ touch screen is a pleasure to use.
9.Acer neoTouch P400
The Acer neoTouch comes in two models Acer neoTouch P300 and the P400. The former comes with a QWERTY slide out keypad while the later doesn’t.Both the model host a 3.2 MP camera.
10.HTC HD7
Last and definitely not the least, the HTC HD7 is a top of the class Windows Mobile phone. A cool kickstand for video lovers is a definite plus .
